  • Beginning March 2024, the community will be held on an app called Azura, you will receive an invite the week of the first call.

  • Pretty close. It is a GROUP program, but we keep the group small, with a 9:1 ratio at the moment that way no one is overlooked, and feeling fully supported.

Hey Love, I’m Berrion Berry, certified Women’s Health Coach & Fertility Awareness Educator, but you can call me Berri.

Here’s the short & sweet of it, I created the bootcamp because I felt like women were being lied to about their periods. For 14 years, I thought my period was the biggest hinderance to my success, then I found out that my menstrual cycle & period alike, were a biological blueprint for me to actually do more while also doing less.
